Ha Cole
Ha Cole is the Chief AI Officer for Microsoft Tech for Social Impact EMEA, guiding nonprofit leaders in using AI and digital technologies strategically, with a focus on effective execution and innovation. She also serves as a trustee for CAST and AI Adviser to the Executive Group at Charities Aid Foundation in the UK.
With over 30 years of experience in the technology industry, Ha has commercial experience running a technology business globally, building customer relationships, and providing thought leadership. She acts as an internal strategic advisor on sales, engineering, and go-to-market strategies. Known for her ability to ask insightful questions, she uncovers performance and conformance gaps. Ha has collaborated with various business and public sector entities in retail, consumer package goods, finance, education, local regional government, and central government. Prior to Microsoft, she led strategies and implementations at Tesco and Reuters.
Ha is a passionate advocate for people who are disadvantaged in some way and works to empower charities and social causes through technology. She is actively involved in community, regularly volunteering for a mental health charity and supporting accessibility initiatives. She is also a lifelong learner who loves gaining knowledge from everyone she meets.
