As one of the company's co-founders, Rob oversees its strategy and culture, helping drive innovation and resilience in an increasingly digital world.

    Through his keynotes, masterclasses, and advisory work, Rob helps business leaders harness the power of AI, strengthen cybersecurity, and build cyber resilience to enable real-world business transformation. A recognised thought leader in both AI and information security, he is the author of Harnessing AI and The Human Firewall, with his books available in seven countries. He regularly travels internationally, speaking at conferences and leadership events, challenging audiences to rethink technology, security, and the future of work.

    Rob serves on several industry advisory boards and is the UK Ambassador for Cybersecurity with the Institute of Directors (IoD). He is also a Leadership Fellow at Windsor Castle, a Fellow of the IoD, and a Fellow of BSDC, where he serves as Patron for Employability.
