Tom Donegan
Born in Walsall and raised in rural Oxfordshire, Tom studied at Warwick University and Trinity College Dublin, after which he spent the first ten years of his career working in the arts and culture NFP sector in Ireland. Having initially helped as a volunteer back in the early years of the charity, Tom then officially joined the SpecialEffect staff as Events Coordinator in 2015, going on to head-up the Fundraising and Communications team between 2019-2022. His current role sees him managing all aspects of day-to-day operations, as well as supporting the CEO with strategy and leadership.
