In this role, she leads a team of 80 across fundraising and retail, generating £13 million annually to support vital hospice services. Jenny also spearheads the organisation’s ambitious £6 million capital appeal to build a new hospice, combining strategic oversight with a deep understanding of donor engagement and income diversification.
Previously, Jenny was Head of Community and Events Fundraising at Sense, where she managed a £1.6 million income budget and led a team of ten. Her tenure saw a 79% increase in community fundraising income, innovative development of peer-to-peer fundraising products, and enhanced supporter journeys that significantly boosted event and in-memory giving.
