Head of Supporter Services at Focus Ireland

    Julia has spent more than a decade working in the charity sector and joined Focus Ireland in 2019. In 2025, she took on leadership of the newly established Supporter Services department, bringing together CRM and Donor Care functions at the heart of the fundraising operation.

    One of Julia's first major challenges was leading the organisation's migration to a new cloud-based CRM platform. Delivered against a fixed deadline and with limited resources, the project required strong change management, cross-functional collaboration, and organisational buy-in at every level. With the new CRM now live, Julia has gained valuable insights into managing large-scale technology and business transformation projects in the charity sector. She continues to drive system development and process improvement initiatives that will support Focus Ireland's fundraising and supporter engagement ambitions for years to come.
