Kayleigh Mapstone

Kayleigh Mapstone is Executive Director of British Mensa, where she works in partnership with the Board to shape and deliver the organisation’s strategic direction, positioning it as a modern and sustainable society. Her role focuses on translating strategy into clear priorities that strengthen member engagement, growth and long-term resilience.

With extensive experience across membership and not-for-profit organisations, Kayleigh brings a strong understanding of how digitisation, data and service design support engagement at scale. She is particularly focused on building the digital and organisational foundations that enable consistent, high-quality member experiences and support modern membership models.
