Mike Potter is a distinguished leader in digital transformation, with over two decades of experience driving change across both public and private sectors. He has held senior positions at major organisations, including HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), the National Health Service (NHS), the Rural Payments Agency, and Thames Water.
Most recently, Mike served as the UK Government Chief Digital Officer, where he led nationwide initiatives to enhance digital services, build digital skills and improve outcomes for UK citizens.
With a deep understanding of large-scale digital transformation, Mike is passionate about using technology to create real, tangible benefits for the people that need it most. His work has consistently focused on improving public services, making them more efficient, accessible, and user-centric.
