He has held senior positions at major organisations, including HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), the National Health Service (NHS), the Rural Payments Agency, and Thames Water.
Most recently, Mike served as the UK Government Chief Digital Officer, where he led nationwide initiatives to enhance digital services, build digital skills and improve outcomes for UK citizens.
