A recent joiner to St Pauls, he is responsible for CRM and Data Strategy, as St Paul’s launches a 3-year digital transformation programme.
With a BSc(Hons) in Business Computer Systems, and solid background in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and Data Analysis, he diversified into CRM in 2000. He spent 13 years working at NewsUK (The Times and Sunday Times, The Sun, Virgin Radio, TalkSPORT) as Senior CRM Manager, then Head of Customer Data. 10 years at smartFOCUS, as a marketing solutions consultant, and 2 years at BskyB working in the field of television empowered data solutions.
