Steven Madden
Steven leads Cantarus CRM, working with membership organisations, charities, and public sector bodies to deliver CRM platforms that support growth and better engagement. He helps organisations get more value from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, working with clients to shape data strategies that connect CRM information with their wider digital ecosystem. With over 20 years' experience in CRM implementation, Steven began his career delivering a global Dynamics CRM rollout at Euromoney before co-founding FlexRM, building a suite of membership, events, and fundraising applications later acquired by Cantarus which now form the core of Cantarus CRM.
