Wendy Holloway
Wendy Holloway is the Chief Executive Officer of The International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ISUOG), where she leads global strategy, operations, and digital transformation initiatives that support clinicians and improve women’s healthcare worldwide.
With extensive experience in leading complex, multi-stakeholder organisations, Wendy has built a reputation for delivering large-scale transformation programs that go beyond technology implementation to achieve meaningful organisational change. Her work focuses on aligning governance, people, and processes to ensure that transformation initiatives deliver measurable outcomes rather than simply deploying new systems.
Prior to joining ISUOG, Wendy led the operations of large-scale association events, where success depended on embedding robust workflows and leveraging transformative systems to deliver seamless, high-impact programs.
At TechSmart 2026, Wendy will draw on her experience to explore how effective governance frameworks can enable organisations to deliver real change at scale - ensuring that transformation portfolios remain aligned to strategic objectives, adaptable to evolving needs, and focused on value delivery.
